Description

Strong power, compatible with both soft and hard geological layers

The standard rated torque is 240kN · m, and an optional torque multiplier can be installed. The peak torque of the casing working condition can reach 360kN · m. It can be used for drilling in moderately weathered rocks, pebble layers, and hard interlayers without sticking or holding the machine.
Equipped with a 270kW Isuzu electronically controlled turbocharged engine, the power reserve is sufficient, and the electronic control is precisely matched with the hydraulic system. The fuel consumption under the same working conditions is lower than that of the same class models, and the power does not decay in high temperature and high humidity areas.
The overall performance of the power head and main winch has been improved by 20%, with a pressure of 210kN and a lifting force of 220kN. The deep hole lifting and casing lowering forces are sufficient, and the construction efficiency of deep piles is significantly ahead of competitors.

Hydraulic and hoisting system, with lower maintenance costs

Single row rope main/auxiliary winch structure, uniform wear of steel wire rope, 2-4 times longer service life than multi-layer winding, significantly reducing the frequency of steel wire rope replacement and saving money for long-term use.
Negative flow main hydraulic system, fast response, smooth operation, and no lag; Independent temperature controlled hydraulic oil cooler, intelligent fan speed regulation, stable oil temperature in high-temperature construction sites, reducing hydraulic failures.
Standardized layout of the entire pipeline, centralized arrangement of filter elements and joints, convenient daily maintenance and troubleshooting, and shortened downtime for maintenance.

Stable structure and high pore forming accuracy

The double arm large parallelogram amplitude changing mechanism expands the support range by 16%, and the lateral and forward/backward inclination angles of the mast can be adjusted (± 4 °/5 °/90 °). The whole machine does not shake in soft soil and muddy fields, and the verticality control is more stable.
Widening and lengthening the dedicated track chassis, with a maximum track gauge of 4400mm and a large grounding area, making it difficult for vehicles to sink on muddy construction sites; 35% climbing ability, strong site transition accessibility.
The reinforced mast and thickened drill pipe interface are not easily deformed during long-term hard rock construction, with a maximum drilling depth of 70m and a maximum pile diameter of 2.2m, covering the majority of building, municipal, and bridge pile foundation requirements.
