Power and efficiency upgrades
Strengthen the power based on XR220D, and improve the performance of power head and main winch by 20%; Isuzu engine has low oil consumption, many maintenance network points, suitable for soil layer, sandstone, basalt composite formation, and strong drilling capacity in hard rock.
Single-row rope long-term design
All the main and auxiliary winches are single-row ropes, and the service life of the wire rope is 2 – 4 times of that of the multi-layer winding type, greatly reducing rope change shutdown and reducing the cost of consumables.
Stable luffing structure
Double-arm parallelogram variable amplitude, 16% expanded support range, small shaking of the whole machine for large-aperture and deep-hole construction, more stable hole verticality, strong adaptability of high-precision pile foundation in urban area.
