Description
Power and Hydraulic System
Equipped with Cummins electronically controlled turbocharged engine, rated power of 150kW, with sufficient power reserve; The hydraulic system adopts load sensing+total power control, dual independent oil dispersion, stable heat dissipation under high temperature conditions, energy-saving, and fast response. The maximum torque of the power head is 160kN · m, with multiple speed ranges of 5-35r/min. It has strong adaptability to soft soil, gravel, and moderately weathered rock formations.
Stable structure+convenient transition
H-type telescopic hydraulic track chassis, large diameter slewing support; Double arm parallelogram amplitude mechanism, with a larger support range and good drilling stability. The track can be retracted, and the whole machine meets the requirements of road transportation. It is convenient for small and medium-sized construction sites to transfer. The whole machine weighs 53 tons and belongs to the main model of small and medium-sized tonnage. The main and auxiliary winches have a single row rope structure, and the lifespan of the steel wire rope is 2-4 times that of multi-layer ropes, reducing the cost of consumables.
One machine with multiple uses and strong expandability
It can quickly switch between modules such as oil cylinder pressurization, winch pressurization, long helix, pipe rolling machine, and dual power head. A set of mainframe is compatible with multiple pile foundation construction methods, suitable for small and medium-sized cast-in-place piles in urban housing construction, highways, railways, bridges, and subways, with a maximum aperture of 1.5m and a maximum drilling depth of 56m
