Description

Advantages of Mobile Transition

The total weight of the machine is 48t, and the transportation dimensions are compliant. There is no need to dismantle the mast or obtain a transportation permit for large items. Ordinary flatbed trucks can be used for transportation, and access to urban roads and mountainous construction sites is barrier free.
Compact body, track extension design, outstanding advantages in narrow construction sites, renovation of old urban areas, and construction of high-voltage transmission lines in mountainous areas, with high efficiency in frequent project transitions.
The mast swing range is large, and multiple pile positions are constructed at close range, resulting in short relocation distance and saving relocation time.

Power and construction performance

Rated torque of 155kN · m, matched with Mitsubishi 147kW engine, powerful for construction in soil layers, sand layers, silt, and soft weathered rocks; Combined with graded drilling technology, it can cope with the working conditions of shallow piles with large apertures.
The main winch has fast speed, sufficient lifting force, smooth slag removal and soil throwing actions, good coordination of composite actions, and light feedback from the operator.
Optional friction rod/machine lock rod: The maximum hole size of the friction rod is 55m, and the machine lock rod is 44m; the standard maximum pile diameter is 1.5m, which is suitable for the majority of civilian pile foundation needs.

Energy saving operation advantages

The electric control negative flow hydraulic system, load adaptive power distribution, and comprehensive fuel consumption are about 13-16L/h, which is significantly lower in operating costs compared to larger tonnage models.
