Power and Hydraulic System

Cummins QSB7 engine, rated power of 150kW, sufficient power reserve, good fuel economy, and compliant emissions.
Negative flow+ultimate power control hydraulic system, distributes flow according to demand, reduces useless power consumption, saves fuel, and does not hold up the vehicle under heavy load.
High torque rotary mechanism, with a maximum output torque of 150kN · m, has strong adaptability for construction in soil layers, sand layers, and soft rocks.

Chassis and overall stability

Hydraulic telescopic track chassis: widens and improves stability during operation; Transition shrinks the track width, eliminating the need to disassemble the main structure of the entire machine, making transportation of large items convenient and reducing trailer costs.
Large diameter slewing bearing, with a total weight of 49 tons and strong anti overturning ability; Strong climbing ability and good mobility on muddy construction sites.

Drilling mast and hoisting system

The rear tilting large triangular drilling mast structure has strong rigidity, is not easily deformed, and the verticality control of the pile hole is stable.
Single row rope main winch: significantly reduces the repeated bending and wear of steel wire rope, and extends the service life of steel wire rope; Equipped with drilling depth detection, the hole depth reading is accurate.
The combination of a pressurized oil cylinder and a pressurized winch provides a maximum pressure of 120kN and a lifting force of 160kN, making it less likely for drilling to become stuck in conditions with high lifting resistance.
Multiple machine locks/friction drill rods can be configured, with a maximum drilling diameter of 1.5m and a maximum drilling depth of 56m, covering the vast majority of building and municipal piles.
