Strong construction capability, outstanding performance in hard rock

The rated torque is 360kN · m, the maximum pile diameter is 2.5m, the machine lock rod is 65m, and the friction rod can reach 100m. It is suitable for large diameter deep piles in high-speed railways, bridges, and building construction.
Excellent rock penetration performance, capable of handling complex formations such as pebbles, moderately weathered, and slightly weathered granite, and possessing high-strength rock drilling capabilities. It is the main aircraft model for medium and large tonnage
Rock adaptive technology, automatic matching of torque, speed, and pressure, ensuring stable footage during hard rock construction.

Power and Hydraulic System

Equipped with a high-power engine of about 300kW, it has sufficient power reserve and can withstand heavy loads without losing speed. It is available in National III/IV versions.
Intelligent power distribution hydraulic system, smooth composite action, on-demand output power, good comprehensive fuel consumption control, balancing efficiency and fuel economy
The main winch is designed with a single-layer drum, and the steel wire rope has no interlayer compression, which improves the service life of the steel wire rope, provides sufficient lifting force, and makes the lifting and pulling of large drilling tools more reliable

Structure and overall stability

The large triangle amplitude mechanism has improved overall stability compared to the parallelogram structure, with a reinforced mast design that is resistant to torsion and bending, and is less prone to cracking under 20000 hours of working conditions
Special rotary excavator chassis, widened tracks, reasonable weight distribution of the whole machine, and small shaking of the whole machine during large hole deep pile operation.
The mast can be flattened for easy transportation and disassembly, reducing the height of transfer transportation and facilitating long-distance trailer transportation
Compatible with multiple specifications of machine locks/friction drill rods, expandable pipe rolling machines and casing drivers, and compatible with various construction methods.
