Construction performance advantages


Strong construction coverage capability: with a maximum aperture of 2000mm, a maximum drilling depth of 62 meters, a pressure of 180kN, and a lifting force of 200kN, it can be used for building pile foundations, municipal roads, small and medium-sized bridge piles, as well as for construction in silty clay, sand, gravel layers, and strongly weathered rock layers.
Stable power output: Equipped with a high-power National IV electronic control engine, with sufficient power reserve and torque, it can switch between soft and hard formations without losing speed during drilling; Optimization of power hydraulic matching, good explosive power for heavy-duty drilling.
Reliable pressurization system: Long stroke pressurization slide, smooth pressurization feed, stable rock entry, high verticality of borehole formation, and reduced risk of borehole collapse.


Characteristics of hydraulic and electrical control systems


The CAN bus fully electronic hydraulic control system simplifies the pipeline, reduces the number of fault points, improves the reliability of the whole machine, and integrates human-machine, hydraulic and electrical coordinated control.
The main winch has a built-in layout, an imported gearbox motor, and a steel wire rope landing protection, which extends the life of the steel wire rope and reduces consumable costs.
