Powerful drilling power, suitable for various geological conditions

High power engine of the same level+electrically controlled positive flow hydraulic system, capable of efficient drilling in soil layers, sand layers, pebbles, and moderately weathered rock formations; Equipped with three drilling modes (standard, low-speed high torque rock entry, high-speed soil throwing), flexible switching between soft and hard formations.
220kN · m standard torque, can be equipped with the rock strengthening version SR220R to enhance the ability to break hard rocks, suitable for bridge and high-rise pile foundation projects of Sany Group.
The main winch has high tensile force, fast lifting speed, high efficiency of soil unloading and drilling cycle, and the daily pile forming volume on the construction site is ahead of domestic models of the same level.

Sany’s self-made SY460R widened telescopic track chassis has a low ground to ground ratio, making it difficult to sink on muddy and soft terrain. The entire machine has strong resistance to overturning;
The mast and drill rod are welded by robots and subjected to full domain finite element fatigue verification. The key structural components undergo 100% non-destructive testing, making them less prone to cracking and deformation under long-term heavy loads;
The hydraulic pipeline adopts imported Gates oil pipe and integrated non stripping rubber joint, with low leakage failure rate and good stability for continuous operation in high-temperature construction sites.

The mast is fully automatic for vertical adjustment and hole depth measurement, with real-time display of verticality, drilling depth, and torque parameters on the screen. The compliance rate of borehole verticality is high, making it easy for beginners to get started;
Equipped with Sany cloud remote monitoring system: can view fuel consumption, working hours, and fault codes, with built-in AI fault prediction, early warning of hydraulic and power system hazards, reducing downtime for maintenance;
Pilot hydraulic control, gentle operation, not easily fatigued after long-term operation.
