The rated torque of the power head is 220kN · m, with a speed of 7-26rpm. It is equipped with 180kN pressure and 240kN pulling force, and can drill through soil layers, pebbles, and moderately weathered rock layers without getting stuck; The lifting force of the main winch is 240kN, and the fastest drilling speed is 70m/min. A single pile saves half an hour of construction time compared to similar models.
The maximum drilling diameter is 2.3m, and the maximum drilling depth of the friction drill rod is 66m, covering the depth requirements of mainstream pile diameters in residential areas, municipal roads, and small bridges.

High power energy-saving power system

The standard configuration includes a Caterpillar C9 or Mitsubishi 6D24 high-power engine (250kW), equipped with an electronically controlled positive flow hydraulic system that distributes flow according to demand. It automatically reduces power during no-load and low-speed drilling, resulting in lower daily fuel consumption and significant advantages in long-term construction fuel costs.
