Strong power SOILMEC SR70 Rotary Drilling Rig
Description
Detailed description
Description
Strong power, compatible with both soft and hard geological layers
271kN · m high torque three speed power head, no need to replace equipment for hard rock, moderately weathered rock, and pebble layers, and the construction efficiency of large-diameter 2.5m pile foundations far exceeds domestic models of the same tonnage;
330kW high-power diesel engine, with no power attenuation in high-altitude and high-temperature construction sites, and no deceleration during heavy load drilling.
One machine with multiple processes, highly versatile for construction sites
A rare full process universal drilling rig in the industry, which can complete various basic constructions with one set of host switching kit:
Conventional rotary drilling pile and casing follow-up wall protection pile;
CFA long spiral, CAP dual power mixing pile, cement soil mixing wall;
Hydraulic grab buckets can be installed for underground continuous walls, anchor rod drilling, and reverse circulation coring;
One device undertakes various projects such as building construction, road and bridge construction, subway, and foundation pit support, with a low idle rate of equipment.
European original hydraulic and chassis, durable and low failure rate
A complete set of imported main pumps, hydraulic valve groups, and reducers, with stable pressure output and long-term continuous drilling with low hydraulic temperature rise;
Thickened and widened engineering track chassis, 75 ton counterweight balance, no obvious shaking of the whole machine with 77 meter deep hole and 2.5-meter large hole, high verticality control accuracy;
The track can be extended and retracted, making it more flexible for narrow site transitions and small foundation pit construction in residential areas. The transition does not require dismantling the track.
