Strong drilling ability and high rock entry efficiency

1. Rated output torque of 485kN · m, equipped with a five layer machine lock rod, can overcome granite and moderately weathered hard rock, and easily achieve 100 meter deep hole rock embedding construction.
2. The maximum hole diameter is 3.2m, the maximum hole depth of the machine lock rod is 110m, and the friction rod can reach 130m. It is suitable for large-diameter deep pile foundation projects in high-speed railways, bridges, and high-rise buildings.
3. With a pressurized thrust of 475kN and multi-level power head gear switching, the soil layer can be quickly penetrated, the rock layer can be stably broken, and the daily pile forming rate is significantly higher than that of the same class of models.

Abundant power and excellent fuel economy

1. Equipped with a Caterpillar C15 high-power electronic fuel injection engine, with a rated power of 403kW and sufficient power reserve, it can handle variable load conditions without holding up the car.
2. Positive flow dedicated hydraulic system, intelligent power matching, no invalid energy consumption; Paired with three-stage fuel filtration, it has strong oil compatibility and can operate stably with low-quality diesel on construction sites, resulting in lower overall fuel consumption.
3. The main winch is equipped with dual motors and dual reducers, a single-layer large-diameter drum, and the service life of the steel wire rope is more than doubled. The lifting force is high, making it less prone to drilling accidents.

The whole machine has high stability and good hole verticality

The whole machine weighs 1.180 tons, with a widened heavy-duty track chassis and a wide deployment width. It has strong anti overturning ability during operation, and the soft foundation is not easy to sink and shake.

The mast can be adjusted from multiple angles, including front, back, left, and right. Even in complex terrain, the mast can be kept vertical, and loose strata are less prone to deviation or collapse.

Mast double triangle reinforced structure, equipped with dual buffering and shock absorption devices to reduce drill pipe impact; Extended guide key sleeve, good centering effect of drill rod, high compliance rate of pile hole verticality, reducing rework for later pile inspection.
