Descripción

Structural characteristics of power head

Three level deceleration heavy-duty power head, thickened box body+wear-resistant planetary gear, strong impact resistance when entering rocks, suitable for drilling in moderately weathered rocks and hard gravel layers, and not easy to cause gear damage or oil leakage.
The power head is equipped with a built-in buffering and shock-absorbing structure, which disperses the impact load when drilling into hard formations and extends the service life of the main winch and drill pipe.

Characteristics of Drill Pipe and Mast

Standard configuration includes a friction type two section telescopic drill rod, with a standard depth of 25m. The drill rod is made of thickened seamless steel pipe, and the keyway is reinforced with wear-resistant welding layer to prevent twisting and deformation.
The overall box type welded mast is formed by robot welding, with high bending strength. The mast can be folded down by tilting back 90 degrees, and there is no need to disassemble the drill pipe for short distance transportation.

Chassis and walking characteristics

Enhanced four-wheel belt, thickened support wheels, manganese steel track shoes, no sinking during muddy construction sites and mountain slopes, strong off-road passability.
