The Maite HR180 is divided into CP standard version and THD long stroke version, with multiple working condition interfaces reserved at the factory. It can switch between various construction processes such as rotary bucket/spiral drill, CFA long spiral, casing drilling, dual power head, underground continuous wall, high-pressure rotary spray, etc. It is suitable for building piles, foundation pit support, municipal pile foundation, and complex formation casing drilling. One equipment can undertake multiple foundation projects with high equipment utilization rate.
CP version: oil cylinder pressurization, power head stroke of 5.1m, focusing on construction of medium and large diameter piles
THD version: winch driven power head, with a stroke of up to 10m, stronger casing pulling ability, and obvious advantages in hard and prone to collapse formations

Power head and hydraulic system, suitable for complex geological conditions

The power head supports multiple levels of torque and speed grading output, with high torque and low speed for gnawing on rock layers, high-speed and efficient drilling of soft soil, power distribution according to demand, energy saving while reducing hydraulic impact, and stable performance in soft hard interlayers and pebble layers.
Multi pump independent hydraulic circuit, load sensitive control, smooth coordinated action, compound action without pressure build-up; The main winch has high tension, large rope capacity, stable lifting and lowering, and reduces wire rope wear.
The drill rod is made of thickened high-strength material, with a wide key lockable friction drill rod, fast locking and unlocking speed, anti torsion and wear-resistant, suitable for frequent drilling and tripping.

Mast structure, strong stability

Adopting parallelogram linkages and triangular support masts, with sufficient rigidity and resistance to eccentric loads; Equipped with a leveling system for getting on and off the vehicle, it can quickly correct the verticality of the mast when the site is slightly inclined, with high precision in controlling the verticality of the drilled holes, reducing the need for rework due to deviation. The overall weight distribution of the machine is reasonable, with a total weight of 57-60 tons, and excellent anti overturning ability when drilling with large diameters.
