Strong composite action SH36 Rotary Drill Rig
Description
Detailed description
Description
Long distance hoisting chain pressurization, single pass drilling deeper
The standard pressurization stroke is 11m, far exceeding the SD36 oil cylinder pressurization of 5.7m short stroke. With 5 machine lock rods, 36m deep piles can be constructed in one go without frequent rod overturning, and the efficiency of deep hole construction is significantly ahead.
Pressure and pulling force balance 300kN
Drilling under soil layers, silt layers, and quicksand layers provides continuous stability. The pulling force of the casing and drill rod is sufficient, and it is not easy to get stuck or buried. It has strong adaptability to complex water bearing formations.
Pressure winch buffer structure
Chain cushioning and shock absorption, low impact loss of drill rods and power heads, and longer service life of drilling tools
