250kN · m standard high torque power head

Equipped with three drilling modes: standard, low-speed high torque rock entry, high-speed soil throwing; The wide speed range of 7-26rpm is suitable for dealing with clay, gravel, moderately/strongly weathered rock layers, and hard rock layers with strong crushing ability. The symmetrical and replaceable design of the key strip significantly reduces the cost of replacing vulnerable parts.

Main winch merging acceleration technology

The maximum descent speed is 63m/min, equipped with automatic bottom protection. The drilling bucket automatically cuts off the oil supply to the winch when it lands, preventing the steel wire rope from being tangled or pulled apart; Equipped with a winch floating function, there is no need to frequently lift the drill, reducing empty travel time by 50% and increasing construction efficiency by 15% compared to the same level.

Ultra large pressure extubation capability

The maximum pressure of the pressurized oil cylinder is 180kN, and the lifting force is 256kN. It is easy to pull out the rod under deep hole and stuck drilling conditions.
