Equipped with Isuzu’s dedicated diesel engine, it comes with load adaptive adjustment. The hydraulic system adopts Kawasaki negative control main pump, equipped with multi power mode, and can freely switch between soft soil and rock working conditions. The torque output of the power head is stable, and the speed range is wide. When the drilling resistance changes, there will be no problem of stalling or speed drop. The main winch adopts dual motor merging technology, with fast lowering and lifting speed, and comes with a winch floating and anti impact top protection device, which extends the service life of the steel wire rope.

Structure and chassis

The total weight of the machine is 46 tons, with a retractable track chassis and low grounding pressure, making it difficult for muddy construction sites to sink. The mast is welded using high-strength sheet metal robots and optimized for fatigue stress, making it less prone to deformation during long-term construction. Equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication system, the slewing bearings and pin shafts are easy to maintain. The mast supports multi angle tilting and has strong adaptability to narrow construction sites. It can also be folded and unfolded with one click, saving preparation time.

intelligent control system

Equipped with a dedicated construction monitoring screen for pile foundations, it displays real-time information on hole depth, verticality, drilling pressure, and dynamic torque. Equipped with automatic correction of mast and high precision control of hole verticality. The whole machine has a fault self diagnosis function, with full monitoring of hydraulic pressure and engine operating conditions, and intuitive display of fault codes for quick maintenance. The joystick is lightweight, with smooth and versatile movements, making it easy for beginners to get started.

Construction conditions

The standard maximum aperture is 1.5 meters, the maximum drilling depth of the friction rod is 56 meters, and the drilling depth of the machine lock rod is 44 meters. Equipped with dual modes of hydraulic cylinder pressurization and winch pressurization, it can adapt to soil layers, silty clay, quicksand layers, and soft weathered rocks. The equipment supports the installation of short spiral drill bits and casing tools, and can complete various construction methods such as dry drilling and wall protection drilling, taking into account both cast-in-place pile and support pile construction.
