Descripción
Structural characteristics of power head
The fifth generation multi-stage deceleration power head, double buffering and shock-absorbing structure, thickened and wear-resistant gears, and anti impact and anti tooth protection for drilling into pebbles and soft rocks; Six speed adaptive formation, high-speed efficiency improvement in soft soil, and high torque stable drilling in hard rock.
Characteristics of Drill Pipe&Mast
Equipped with Sany original high-strength seamless drill pipe as standard, with two types of rods available: friction resistance and machine lock. The wear-resistant welded keyway is resistant to distortion and deformation, and the stability of the 56m deep hole is excellent.
The robot box is welded with a mast, which is reinforced with overall bending resistance. The mast can be completely tilted back 90 degrees, and the entire vehicle can be transported without dismantling the drill rod.
Special chassis features
Sany has independently developed a special telescopic chassis for rotary excavation, with a low center of gravity counterweight layout and widened four-wheel area, making it difficult for vehicles to sink on muddy and riverbank construction sites; Large diameter slewing support, low overall shaking and high verticality of deep hole drilling machine.
