The SANY SR250 is a classic medium-sized rotary drilling rig of 250kN-m class, featuring high efficiency, stability, reliability, and economy. It is the main model for small and medium-sized infrastructure, municipal, housing construction, railway and bridge projects.

Strong power, efficient rock penetration

Equipped with an Isuzu engine, it boasts a rated power of 242 kW and a rated torque of 250 kN·m for the power head. Its low-speed high-torque mode is suitable for complex formations such as hard rock, cobblestone, and mudstone.
With a clamping force of 180–208kN and a pulling force of 200–256kN, the main winch has a lifting capacity of 256kN and a maximum speed of 63m/min, ensuring high efficiency in drilling and lifting through hard layers.
The main winch confluence technology improves the lowering speed by 50% and the construction efficiency is about 15% higher than that of competing products.

Deep piles are well-suited to strong adaptability

The maximum drilling diameter is 2300mm, and the maximum depth of the friction rod is 70m, covering mainstream small and medium-sized projects with pile diameters ranging from 1.0m to 1.5m and within a range of 50m.
It is suitable for various geological conditions such as clay layers, cobblestone layers, mudstone layers, and moderately weathered rocks, and is commonly used in industrial and civil construction, municipal administration, railways, and bridges.

The core components (Kawasaki main pump, imported hydraulic parts) are jointly designed with international brands, featuring a fully automated production line + 100% non-destructive testing, resulting in a long mean time between failures.
