Description

84 meter ultra long main arm, covering high-altitude/long-distance core working conditions


The 7-section elliptical main arm has a full extension of 84 meters, and with the addition of optional auxiliary arms, it can reach 145 meters+. The wind turbine tower, bridge erection, and chemical tower hoisting can be completed in one station.
Single cylinder pin+intelligent boom control, smooth extension and contraction, automatic amplitude compensation, and more stable and efficient long arm operation.
Elliptical section high-strength steel arm frame, with strong bending and torsion resistance, and higher load-bearing capacity under the same arm length.


Y-shaped lifting+large counterweight, fully loaded performance


Equipped with a Y-shaped super lifting system and a large counterweight, the lifting performance can be improved by 12% -60%, making high elevation angles and heavy load conditions safer.
Self assembling and disassembling counterweight design, rapid deployment, increased efficiency of transition and positioning by about 50%, saving annual shift and trailer costs.
Large span support legs (10.125 m × 9.6 m)+reinforced slewing bearings, the whole machine has outstanding anti overturning ability, and does not sway or tilt legs under heavy loads.
