Detailed description

Description

The SANY SR285 is a benchmark model in the 285kN-m class of medium-tonnage equipment, featuring strong rock penetration, deep hole drilling, multiple construction methods, intelligent fuel saving, and adaptability to medium and large-scale projects such as high-speed railways, bridges, and large-diameter deep piles.

Strong power and rock-penetrating capability

Rated torque of 285kN·m, equipped with the fifth-generation power head and rock-entry adaptive technology, achieving a pressing force/pulling force of up to 260kN/335kN, ensuring high cutting efficiency in hard rock; the sixth-generation high-strength drill rod offers strong durability.

Deep-hole and large-pile capacity

The maximum drilling diameter is 2.2–2.5m, with a maximum drilling depth of 94m for the friction rod and 61m for the machine lock rod; it features a 17.1m ultra-long pressurized stroke, suitable for construction with long casing.

Multi-tasking and efficiency

It supports various construction methods such as rotary drilling, low clearance, long pile casing, and CFA long spiral, offering multiple uses with one machine. The main winch boasts a lifting capacity of 330kN and a speed of 70m/min, with quick response in compound actions.

Intelligent and reliable

Drill rod visualization, high-definition touch screen, easy-to-use APP remote monitoring; step drum, centralized automatic lubrication, long lifespan of key components; industry-leading warranty, high attendance rate.

Economical and fuel-efficient

Optimized power distribution, low loss in compound actions, and superior comprehensive fuel consumption compared to its peers.
