Compact and flexible SUNWARD SWDM60 Rotary Drilling Rig
Description
Detailed description
Description
Compact and flexible, king of narrow venues
The whole machine weighs only 22 tons and has a working height of 11.14 meters, making it easy to enter urban communities, villages, narrow streets, and areas where large drilling rigs cannot operate due to low altitude restrictions.
The track has a telescopic width of 2.6 meters and strong passability, suitable for dispersed and small-scale projects such as municipal pipelines, small buildings, slope protection, photovoltaic piles, etc.
Transported with poles, the cost of transition is extremely low
The whole machine is transported with drill rods and power heads in one, without the need to disassemble the mast or drill rods. It can be loaded onto the truck and transported immediately, reducing the transition time from several hours to within 30 minutes.
Transportation is highly compliant, with unobstructed access to highways and urban areas across the country, saving on truck costs, manual disassembly costs, and time costs, with a short payback period.
Mature chassis, stable and reliable
Adopting a mature excavator chassis with a market proven structure, low failure rate, and strong durability.
The main and auxiliary winches are equipped with built-in tripods, which have a compact structure, low center of gravity, and good overall stability. The shallow hole construction does not shake, and the verticality of the hole is high.
Reinforced chassis and tracks, suitable for harsh road conditions on construction sites, with long service life of lower structural components.
Efficient power, economical and fuel-efficient
Cummins QSF3.8 quad engine, 90kW power, sufficient power reserve, good fuel economy, strong adaptability in high-altitude and cold regions.
Load sensitive hydraulic system, flow distribution according to demand, no overflow loss, fuel consumption 10% -15% lower than the same level.
