Strong power, efficient penetration through hard formations

The 238kN · m high torque power head, combined with heavy-duty drill rods, can directly crush weathered granite and pebble layers, reduce the frequency of changing drilling tools, and achieve better drilling efficiency in hard rock than most domestic models of the same level.
The power head adopts multiple seals and a patented extended drive chain, which is impact resistant, wear-resistant, and suitable for continuous heavy-duty operations.
The pressure system of 270kN increases the pressure, combined with a large stroke, ensuring stable deep hole drilling and fast footage.

Stable structure, deep pile operation without shaking or deviation

Three section foldable box type mast with parallelogram variable amplitude mechanism, strong anti torsion and anti bending performance, precise control of drill pipe verticality.
Hidden auxiliary legs on the lower mast provide additional support during drilling, greatly improving the stability of the entire machine, and ensuring no shaking or deviation during deep hole operations.
Special heavy-duty chassis+large-span telescopic tracks, low center of gravity of the whole machine, strong anti overturning ability, suitable for large-diameter and deep hole pile foundations.

Intelligent electronic control, precise and safe operation

We have independently developed an intelligent electronic control system that enables automatic/manual control of mast verticality, automatic detection of drilling depth, and pressure self inspection. The data is dynamically displayed on a color screen for intuitive operation.
Pilot operation+four in one control logic, with smooth composite movements and precise micro movements, reducing operation intensity and making it easy for beginners to get started.
The cab is made of irregular material skeleton and high-strength protection, equipped with electromagnetic locking handle and GPS remote monitoring, balancing safety and convenient operation and maintenance.
