Powerful engine head, efficient drilling in complex formations
The 237kN · m high torque power head, combined with a 6-key rock socketed drill rod, can handle moderately weathered, slightly weathered rocks and pebble layers, with high drilling efficiency.
The power head is equipped with a two-stage heavy-duty shock absorber consisting of a spring and hydraulic system, which significantly reduces impact loads, protects the drill rod and power head, and extends their lifespan.
The lower part of the power head is equipped with a universal joint, which can quickly connect different sizes of casing connectors and is suitable for large-diameter and long casing construction.
Full casing direct drive solves the problem of complex formation collapse holes
The entire casing can be directly driven by the torque of the power head, and the casing can be lowered while drilling, without the need for additional pile hammers, simplifying the process and improving efficiency.
In practical cases, the steel casing with an outer diameter of 1.32m can be lowered to a depth of 13.4m, easily passing through the gravel layer and ensuring stable pore quality.
Support the optional hydraulic pipe shaking machine to further enhance the ability of casing insertion and adapt to ultra deep and prone to collapse formations.
